By-Laws Changes Proposal
Members will be asked to approve a number of By-Laws changes and updates (last amended in 2012). Many changes were simple grammatical changes; some were a little more involved. All proposed changes were carefully drafted by a Board Committee, compared to State Statutes, and reviewed by corporate counsel.
Members are asked to review these proposed changes carefully before casting their vote by Friday, July 28, 2017.
In 2016, the membership voted to approve allowing members to vote by either voting in person at the Annual Meeting, or by requesting an absentee ballot via mail or on-line (no later than Friday, July 21st, 2017, then post marked by Friday July 28, 2017). Members may vote for the slate of Board Members presented in this newsletter, and for the proposed By-Laws changes for the August 5, 2017 Annual Meeting in one of the following three ways:
- By voting in attendance at the Annual Meeting
- By requesting an absentee ballot through the mail to be returned at least one week prior to the Annual Meeting
- By voting on-line through a link found at The Ridges website
