Lead Teacher - Dragonfly Nature Preschool
We are looking for a motivated Early Childhood Education professional with a Wisconsin (or reciprocating state) Early Childhood License to help design and build our exciting new partnership program with Gibraltar Public School - Dragonfly Nature Preschool. This program is part of a the 4K Community Collaborative. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. The priority deadline to be considered is March 20th, 2024. The Ridges seeks a Naturalist position that supports the ongoing implementation of interpretive programming, creation of informal learning experiences for visitors, and messaging and communications through our website and social media. The Naturalist is a full-time and non-exempt role and reports to the Program Director. This position will work closely with programming, education, and marketing staff to support the annual work plan. This position will start on May 20th, 2024, with some flexibility for alternative starting dates.

The Ridges seeks a highly organized and detail oriented staff accountant to join our team and support our ongoing fiscal management. This position is part time 10-15 hours a week and reports directly to the Executive Director. Primary focus of this position are general accounting responsibilities with occasional additional responsibilities that support our growing operation. Position to begin in April/May and is a year round position. Now accepting applications and we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
