We are going on a bear hunt on the Family Discovery Trail! After reading the popular story, families will hunt in the wavy grass, deep cold river (stream), thick oozy mud, and the big dark forest to find a bear.  Who knows what else we might find? Bring lunch and maybe a change of clothes for a teddy bear picnic in the red pines to end our morning.  Each child will receive a bear to bring home as a memory of our adventure.  Prepare to get wet and muddy.
