Marleah Grinnell Art Exhibit and Artist Reception

April 25 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

By Marleah Grinnell

Marleah Grinnell, self-taught award-winning artist from Madison, Wisconsin will be displaying her spectacular new exhibition “Memories of Door County” in the Cook-Albert Fuller Nature Center this spring. This installation demonstrates Marleah’s deep emotional connection with nature, and connects you with the emotions, movement colors and textures she sees and conveys. Beginning her painting in 2019, Marleah shares her connection with art and nature as a form of therapy to improve her eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills, lost seven years ago. Painting helps her escape the constant vertigo she experiences.

Memories of Door County will be on display at the Cook-Albert Fuller Nature Center from April 9th to May 17th.

Join us for this special experience with an Artist Reception at the Nature Center Thursday, April 25th, 2024, from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Artist reception sponsored by the Sue and Gordon Hegenbarth Art Fund. Art will be for sale through the Nature Store.
