Wreath Making Workshop
Get your homes ready for winter using nature as an inspiration! Stop in for our wreath making workshop where an you will use natural items collected from our woods, fields and yards to make your own winter wreath. There will be lots of great material that needs your creative hands! Supplies will be provided. $20 fee includes all materials for one (1) wreath. Additional wreaths & swags are $10.

The annual Christmas Bird Count, sponsored by the National Audubon Society, began in 1900 as a way of using all willing and able bodies as a means to get outside and count wintering birds. The Ridges has participated in the Christmas Bird Count since the mid-60’s and coordinates the efforts of local participants who volunteer their time to head out in the field. Midwest Crane Count- CANCELLED
The primary purposes of the Crane Count are to help monitor the abundance and distribution of cranes in the Upper Midwest and to introduce people to cranes and their natural environment. Counters are needed to survey for cranes on designated sites throughout Door County. No previous experience needed. End the morning with coffee and donuts at the Cook-Fuller Center.
